This class is a blend of strength training and yoga influenced movement to strengthen your body and find balance in your life. A chair provides students with a safe foundation from which to explore the many benefits of yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness meditation. Chair yoga helps students to develop strength and flexibility within their present range of motion and ability, with the goal to help students develop a positive relationship with their body and to reduce stress and anxiety.
