Upon retiring from the US Air Force after 20+ years of honorable service, Sarah felt called to pursue her yoga teacher certification with the hopes of bringing yoga to fellow military veterans and their families. Though she has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, teacher training set her on a path of deeper self-exploration and discovery. Her educational background includes a BA in Biology, a Graduate's Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine, and a MS in Health and Wellness. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics and Kinesiology. Sarah is passionate about people, and firmly believes "health is our greatest wealth".
